“It’s a pleasure to help you protect what matters most: your family. We take care of you, your health, and your future.”
Johana Taborda
This profession allows me to earn income without sacrificing time with my family. It gives me the opportunity to grow personally, connect with people, and advise them on their life projects.
I arrived in the United States three years ago with my children, seeking safety for my family. Starting over transformed me into a stronger, more self-aware person with relentless perseverance.
I’ve been married for 24 years and have two children: Manuela, 13, an athlete, disciplined, cheerful, and a dreamer; and Juan Esteban, 11, a socially sensitive and creative boy who loves building with Legos and playing sports.
I’m a professional in Zootechnics, with a Master’s in Management and a specialization in Agricultural Accounting. In Colombia, I worked for over 10 years at the Municipal Public Health Secretariat, leading programs for companion animal health. I was also part of the Institute for Research and Preservation of the Cultural and Natural Heritage of Valle del Cauca, managing and curating the Natural Sciences Laboratory collections in zoology.
